Where do I upload my run?
On the day of the event (27 February), we'll be making our upload platform live on our site. All you have to do is click on the button on the Virtual Run page that says "upload run". As easy as that.
I haven’t received a confirmation email yet, what now?
Remember to check your spam, junk and promotions folders for the confirmation email. If you can’t find it there, you can visit our virtual run page on our website to see if you’ve entered by clicking on the "am I entered" button.
How do I know if I’m registered?
You will end on the “All done” screen once entered and you will receive a confirmation email from our team directly after entering. If you’re still unsure, please visit our virtual run page and click on the “am I entered” button.
Do I need to do anything else after signing up?
If you received the sign-up email you’re ready to go on the 27th! It’s as easy as that. All you need to do from your side is run 5km or more on 27th of February, upload your run to our platform and we’ll do the rest.
Do I need to run with a Garmin/Smartwatch?
You can either connect your smartwatch device with Strava or you can run with your mobile phone and record your run with the Strava App. Remember to manually upload your run to our platform on the day.
Must my run be exactly 5km or can I run more than 5km?
If you’re one to push the limits, you’re more than welcome to run more than 5kms!
Will there be prizes for the top finishers?
In short, no. As this is a global run and countries currently have different laws in place regarding outdoor activities, we’re keeping the playing field level. All prizes will be chosen through a random draw of all event finishers.
