I haven’t received a confirmation email yet, what now?

Remember to check your spam, junk and promotions folders for the confirmation email. If you can’t find it there, you can visit our virtual ride page on our website to see if you’re entered by clicking on the “am I entered” button.

How do I know if I’m registered?

You will end on the “You’re In!” screen once entered and you will receive a confirmation email from our team directly after entering. If you’re still unsure, please visit our events website page and click on the “Am I Entered?” button.

Do I need to do anything else after signing up?

If you received the signup email, you’re ready to go on the 25th! It’s as easy as that. All you need to do from your side is ride 20km or more on 25 July,  upload your ride to Strava and we’ll do the rest.

Do I need to ride with a Garmin/Smartwatch?

You can either connect your smartwatch device with Strava or you can ride with your mobile phone and record your ride with the Strava App.

Must my ride be exactly 20km?

If you’re one to push the limits, you’re more than welcome to ride more than 20kms! Your total time will be calculated by taking your average pace and multiplying it by 5.

Will there be prizes for the top finishers?

In short, no. As this is a global ride and countries currently have different laws in place regarding outdoor activities, we’re keeping the playing field level. All prizes will be chosen through a random draw of all event finishers.

Do I need to use Strava?

Yes, to be able to do the event and to stand a chance to win one of our amazing prizes, you’ll have to make use of Strava on the day.

How do I connect my Strava to the event?

Your Strava will automatically connect to the event once you’ve signed up for our event. All you need to do now is ride 20km or more on the 25th of July and upload your ride. It’s as easy as that!

Can I ride indoors?

You can complete the race on an indoor trainer. All you have to do is upload your indoor ride to Strava using your device or you can manually upload your ride to our results page once done.
