There is a "INCLUDE Duties & Taxes" option - you pay everything at checkout and no further payments need to be made upon entry into your country. This is the easier option as no further paperwork or communication needs to take place. Also the quicker shipping option.
If you chose the " Duties & Taxes NOT INCLUDED" option - you only pay for the shipping amount and checkout. Duties & Taxes would need to be paid upon order entering your country.
