Local (South Africa) Shipping:

All orders are sent using Express courier services.

Delivery time: 1-3 business days (depending on delivery location).
Cape Town and surrounds: 1 business day
Main Centres: 2-3 business days
Regional Areas: 4-5 business days

As soon as your order is collected from our warehouse, we will email you the tracking details for your parcel.

International Shipping:

Their is multiple shipping options for International orders.

You can choose from the below options:

• FedEx International Priority [Duties & Taxes Included] (4 - 6 business days delivery)
• FedEx International Priority [Duties & Taxes Not Included] (5-7 business days delivery)
• UPS Express Saver [Duties & Taxes Included] (4 - 6 business days delivery)
• UPS Express Saver [Duties & Taxes Not Included]  (5-7 business days delivery)

There is a "INCLUDE Duties & Taxes" option - you pay everything at checkout and no further payments need to be made upon entry into your country. This is the easier option as no further paperwork or communication needs to take place. Also the quicker shipping option.

If you chose the " Duties & Taxes NOT INCLUDED" option - you only pay for the shipping amount and checkout. Duties & Taxes would need to be paid upon order entering your country. This needs to allow for a extra 2 days to the shipping timeline as seen above, because of administration of duties & taxed that still need to take place.
