Q: Can any changes be made to an order after placing it?
A: No. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout to ensure everything is correct.
Q: Can I change my address after placing my order?
A: No. Make sure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout to avoid any issues.
Q: Can I refund my order?
A: No, all sales during Black Friday are final.
Q: What do I need to do to qualify for the Black Friday 2025 Socks?
A: Spend more than R1000 and manually add the free pair of Black Friday Socks to your cart before checkout. Only one pair per order. Stock is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This promotion is exclusive to versussocks.com store only.
Q: I forgot to add the Black Friday Socks to my order. What now?
A: Unfortunately, the socks cannot be added later. Please ensure you manually add them to your cart before checkout, as instructed.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy for Black Friday purchases?
A: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout to ensure it meets your expectations.
Q: How will the Black Friday Giveaway Bundle work?
A: Place your order during the Black Friday period, take a screenshot of your cart, post it on your Instagram story, and tag us. A winner will be announced on December 5th via Instagram.
Q: How will Boost mode work?
A: Every day between 12:00 and 13:00, we’ll have a flash sale called “Boost mode.” Limited products will be on sale, and the sale will last until the items sell out. Be ready at 12:00 sharp!

Q: How does Early Access work?
A: Sign up to our database to get Early Access. If you're already signed up, you’re automatically included. On the morning of November 25th, you’ll receive an email with a password and link to access Black Friday deals before anyone else. Stock is limited, so shop early!
Q: If a product is sold out, will it be re-stocked later?
A: No. Black Friday products are limited, and once sold out, they’re gone. Many are the last of their kind.
Q: Can I pick up my order from the Stellenbosch, Pretoria or Tygervalley store?
A: No. During Black Friday, all orders will be shipped—no pick-up options will be available.
Q: What is the Free Shipping amount?
A: Orders above R700 qualify for free shipping.
Q: Can promo codes be used?
A: No. All promo codes will be deactivated during the Black Friday period.
Q: What are the dates for the Black Friday Sale?
A: The sale runs from Tuesday, November 25th, to Monday, December 1st.
Q: Are there any Black Friday deals in your stores?
A: Our biggest deals are online. However, the Stellenbosch, Pretoria and Tygervalley stores is offering a 20% off storewide special.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Due to high order volumes and courier demand, delivery may take 4–5 working days.
