The first ever Versus 10K Vibe Run lands in Stellenbosch! On Saturday 27 February 2027, we start and finish at Blaauwklippen for a 10km road run, followed by a big live act on the main stage, a post-race party and a market you’ll be talking about all year. Run it, vibe it, celebrate it.

What is the Versus 10K Vibe Run?
The Versus 10K Vibe Run is a 10km road run starting and finishing at Blaauwklippen in Stellenbosch. Once you’ve crossed the finish line, the party starts: a big live act on the main stage, a post-race market, food, drinks and good vibes all morning.
What time does the race start?
The race starts at 07:30 on Saturday 27 February 2027.
Will there be start batches?
Yes. Runners will start in batches to keep the field safe and the route flowing. Batch details will be announced closer to race day, and your batch letter will be printed on your race number.
How long is the route?
The route is 10km on the road, starting and finishing at Blaauwklippen.
Will the roads be closed?
There will be partial road closures along the route. Please stay within the marked running lanes and follow the instructions of marshals and traffic officials at all times.
Will more distances be made available?
No. The event will only offer a 10km distance.
What is the cut-off time?
The official cut-off time is 2 hours from the start of the race.
How does Early Bird entry work?
The first 2 000 entrants can enter at the Early Bird price of R349. Once the first 2 000 entries are sold, the standard entry fee of R399 will apply.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
Yes. A substitution window will open before race day. Running with another athlete’s race number without completing the official substitution process is not permitted.
Are entries refundable?
No. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. You can, however, substitute your entry if you can no longer attend.
What is the minimum age to enter?
Participants must be 13 years or older on race day.
Do all finishers receive a medal?
Yes. Every official finisher will receive a Limited Edition Versus 10K Vibe Run Finisher’s Medal.
When and where can I collect my race pack?
Registration and race pack collection details will be announced closer to the event. There is no registration on race morning.
What do I need to bring to collect?
Please bring your entry confirmation or race number. If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need a copy of your confirmation or race number.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 45 to 60 minutes before the start to allow enough time for parking, warm-up and finding your start batch.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at Blaauwklippen. To make sure everyone gets a spot, we encourage carpooling or getting an Uber. More details will be shared closer to the event.
Can spectators attend?
Yes. 1 500 spectator tickets will be released closer to the event, so friends and family can cheer you on and join the post-race party.
Are there water points along the route?
Yes. There will be two fully stocked water points on the route.
Can I run with earphones?
No. Earphones and headphones are not permitted for safety reasons.
Are strollers, pets or wheelchairs allowed?
No. For safety reasons, pets, prams, rollerblades, bicycles and other mechanical devices are not permitted on the route.
Athletes requiring special assistance, including guide runners or wheelchair pushers, should contact the organisers before entering.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Absolutely. Once you’ve crossed the finish line, head to the post-race market at Blaauwklippen for food stalls, cold drinks, coffee and a fully stocked bar. Whether you’re celebrating a PB, catching up with friends or soaking up the music, the after-party is all part of the Vibe Run experience.

Will there be official race photos?
Yes. Professional photographers and videographers will capture runners on the route and at the finish line.
Where can I find my race photos?
All race photos will be available free of charge. A download link will be shared via email, social media and the official race website after the event.
Do I need a licence to participate?
No. A licence is not required.
